Ayla Smith

Ayla Smith is a Program Director at Stand Together Ventures Lab and is leading the collaboration with MIT Solve, which is running a start-up accelerator program focused on re-imagining policing and public safety. Ayla joins Stand Together Ventures Lab after serving as a management consultant for Deloitte and Optum, and as a business strategist for Cerner Corporation. She brings experience in business strategy, project management, healthcare, and IT. Ayla holds a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan and a Master of Education from the University of Virginia.
