Azadeh Jamalian

Azadeh Jamalian is the Founder and CEO of The GIANT Room, a co-design lab for families and schools. She has created learning products and programs used by millions of families and adopted by thousands of schools, libraries, and museums. Through her leadership at The GIANT Room, Jamalian has collaborated with more than 15,000 schools, museums, libraries, and community organizations—including the Robin Hood Tech and Learning Fund, Joan Ganz Cooney Center, LEGO Education, Scratch Foundation, Verizon, Sesame Workshop, National University, and Lysol—to deliver community engagement initiatives, co-design research, and learning programs that sit at the intersection of creativity, STEM, and the responsible use of technology, including AI. Jamalian holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Studies in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
