Bryan Hancock is a Partner in the Washington D.C. Office of McKinsey and Company, and he is one of the leaders of McKinsey’s talent practice. He is also one of McKinsey’s leading researchers on talent and the workplace – including the impact of Generative AI on the workforce.Bryan serves a wide-range of talent-intensive businesses. In addition, Bryan serves a wide-range of public and social sector clients – including those focused on education and workforce development. Bryan is the co-host of the podcast McKinsey Talks Talent. He is also the co-author of the book, Power to the Middle: Why Managers Hold the Keys to the Future of Work, which was released by Harvard Business Review Press in July 2023.Bryan holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude. He also holds a B.A., with honors, in Government and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia
