Bryan Lively is Chief Executive Officer of Fusion Education Group, where he leads with a deep belief in the power of personalized, one-to-one education to change lives. His passion is ensuring that every student and teacher feels truly seen, heard, and supported—a mission that drives Fusion’s network of more than 80 campuses nationwide and its global virtual school, Fusion Global Academy. With more than two decades of leadership experience, Bryan has built a career accelerating the growth and scalability of mission-driven organizations. He is known as a strategic and visionary leader who integrates every area of the business spectrum—from operations, technology, and real estate to people development, brand culture, and fundraising. His career highlights include founding ACL Squared Consulting, advising nonprofits and companies on strategies for growth and sustainability, and leading organizations such as Moosejaw, CrowdRise and Goldfish Swim School Franchising. Bryan prides himself on developing teams and individuals into success stories of their own. His leadership reflects his conviction that when education is tailored to each learner, students don’t just succeed academically—they thrive personally. Beyond his professional role, Bryan is a genuine and approachable leader with a warm sense of humor. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Michigan State University. Bryan is family-focused, spending time with his wife and their two daughters. He is also a dedicated runner, marathoner, yoga enthusiast, Peloton fan, and—like many of his colleagues—a big believer in the optimism and heart of Ted Lasso.
