Caleb Hicks is a lifelong educator with more than 20 years of experience as a classroom teacher, instructional designer, edtech founder, and now CEO of SchoolAI. Throughout his career, he's been dedicated to designing personalized learning experiences that drive real outcomes for students. His journey began as a classroom teacher where he created an innovative teen entrepreneurship program challenging students to start businesses and earn $1,000. This early work revealed his passion for making learning relevant and meaningful. Caleb later ran an instructional design team at Apple and cofounded Lambda School, where he pioneered the income-share-agreement model and built the first School Experience Management platform. Today, SchoolAI serves as a comprehensive school experience management platform helping make school awesome for students – and the teachers, parents, and school leaders who support them – by identifying what they need and making it happen.
