Carla Szemzo is the Vice President of Lifelong Learning at Tecnológico de Monterrey (TEC), where she leads a global portfolio serving over 130,000 learners and 800 employees. She oversees product innovation and growth strategy across B2C, B2B, and consulting sectors, delivering future-ready education ranging from early talent to executive and silver economy programs.

With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of higher education, edtech, and business growth, Carla previously served as TEC’s VP of Portfolio Innovation and Growth. Before joining TEC, she spent over a decade at IE Business School, where she became one of the world’s youngest Vice Deans, driving digital learning strategy, international partnerships, and significant revenue growth.

A global citizen holding five nationalities, Carla has lived and worked across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. She holds a Bachelor’s in Communications from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and a Master in Management from IE Business School.
