Carly Highsmith

Carly has 21 years of leadership experience in schools and national education nonprofits across NYC, Philadelphia, and Delaware. As Director of Educator Pathways at the Wilmington Learning Collaborative (WLC), she develops initiatives to support educators in nine Wilmington schools. Previously, she was Senior Director of Program Delivery at City Year Philadelphia, overseeing AmeriCorps service implementation. She has also held leadership roles at iMentor NYC, Teach For America, and various charter schools, shaping her expertise in school success strategies. Carly holds an MPA from NYU’s Wagner School and a bachelor’s from Cheyney University. She is an alum of Education Pioneers, the 4.0 Essentials Fellowship, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
