Starting as a Project Manager Intern at Workday through the Year Up United program in 2020, she advanced to Senior Program Manager, driving operational excellence. As Chair of the Year Up United Bay Area Alumni Board, Mentor at DevMission, and Board Member of ACTS Senior Assistance, Chassidy is dedicated to championing equity, mentorship, and leadership, empowering changemakers and creating lasting impact.
