Chris is a product leader building AI-first apps at Novakid. He specialises in 0-1 digital products, with a track record in educational platforms and generative AI for language learning.

At ABRSM, one of the world's most respected music exam boards, Chris delivered their first on-demand digital assessment product, a self-serve scheduling system that doubled projected sales at launch. At Lingumi, Chris served as solo PM, maintaining the app's renowned 70% 12-month retention while driving a nearly 50% conversion uplift in the Chinese market.

Today Chris leads NovaPals, an AI English language learning app launching at ASU+GSV 2026. NovaPals helps kids go beyond classroom English with AI companions they can practice speaking with anytime: no tests, no pressure, no parent supervision required. The AI-first app pairs deep gamification with personalised companions that get to know each learner over time.

Before moving into product, Chris toured the world as a session musician, and is the only product leader he knows of to have performed on the main stages of both Glastonbury and Coachella.
