Chris is a senior talent management professional with more than 25 years of experience in driving business impact through strategic talent initiatives. In her current role as the Global Director of Learning for Deloitte, she focuses on defining strategy and setting standards to drive employee skill development and differentiate Deloitte in the talent marketplace. Prior areas of focus include Executive Development and Coaching, Learning & Development Curriculum Design / Delivery, Global Mobility and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Before joining Deloitte’s internal Talent team, Chris served clients for both Accenture and Deloitte, concentrating on organizational improvement, and leading change in multinational clients in the media, financial services, and insurance industries. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from Lafayette College, an MBA in Decision Sciences and Strategy from the Wharton School, and a Coaching Certification from Columbia University.
