Christopher Koch is the Global Head of Talent Enablement and Development at Sony Interactive Entertainment, where he leads the L&D and Talent teams in shaping the future of talent development. With a career spanning Google, the UN World Food Programme, NBCUniversal, and Bloomberg Media, he's designed programs that don’t just develop people—they elevate them. His journey began in a Japanese classroom, teaching English and mastering the art of engagement. That experience laid the foundation for his expertise in learning design, facilitation, and talent strategy. He believes that great learning is part science, part storytelling, and a dash of improv and he's always looking for new innovative ways to engage with learners.
