Coi Marie Morefield is a school founder, learning designer, and mother of four. With a career that bridges the worlds of corporate training, instructional design, and education, Coi's exhausting efforts to find an inclusive, affirming, and learner-centered environment for her children led to the founding of The Lab School of Memphis in Memphis, TN. Through experience- and project-based learning, The Lab School centers learners and their families, preparing them for opportunity and economic security. Determined to help microschool teaching teams mirror the passion, innovation, and drive upon which their schools were built, Coi has recently launched Microschool Masters™, a robust professional development platform created exclusively for innovative-learning environments.
