Conner is the Co-Founder & CEO of Jamworks, an AI-powered learning enhancement platform designed to make education more inclusive, accessible, and effective for every student. His mission is deeply personal: after supporting a close friend through a suicide attempt at university, Conner experienced firsthand how gaps in educational support and student wellbeing can have life-changing consequences. This experience shaped his lifelong commitment to levelling the playing field in education and reducing student attrition and mental health crises. Since launching Jamworks in 2020, Conner has led the company through product development, team building, and early customer adoption, positioning Jamworks as a category-defining solution in the EdTech space, with hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. Under his leadership, Jamworks has created a platform that not only helps students capture and relive their learning experience but also equips institutions with rich analytics to improve learning outcomes and retention.
