Courtney Bell

Courtney Bell is Transcend's Managing Partner, Pathfinder Portfolio. She works to ensure that district and school leaders have the partnerships, coaching, and design support they need to build schools where every young person is seen, celebrated, and challenged. Prior to Transcend, Courtney served as School Director of Capitol High School in Baton Rouge and has held roles at Rooted School, Johns Hopkins University, and The Holdsworth Center — each rooted in her belief that young people deserve both hope and a plan. In her free time, she loves spending time at the lake with her son Noah and indulging in all things Louisiana: football, festivals, and food. Courtney earned her BS in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from Louisiana State University and her MEd in Organizational Leadership from Columbia University.
