Over the past twenty years, Dan has worked in the higher education space, pushing the idea of access, student outcomes, and innovation through education technology and strategic decision making. His work at two of the premier business schools in the United States (The University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School) as well as two of the most influential OPMs (2U and Noodle Partners) has provided impact on both sides of successful university partnerships and insight into the needs of institutions and how partnering can best elevate them. Today, as the Senior Vice President of University Partnerships at Emeritus, Dan works with the world's most elite universities to help create access to knowledge and opportunities to a global population. He is passionate about helping institutions think in innovative ways that increase enrollment, improve the student academic experience, raise graduation and retention rates, create access to a global audience, and lower the cost of higher education.
