Dante Iacovella

Dante Iacovella is co-Head of Education Software at William Blair. Based in New York, he is part of the firm’s Technology group and advises vertical software and AI companies on M&A and capital markets transactions. With more than a decade of investment banking experience, Dante has advised on a number of transformative transactions across the education technology ecosystem. His sell-side clients have included Procare, Modern Campus, KEV Group, Apptegy, LINQ, Texthelp / n2y (now Everway), Lightspeed Systems, and Forecast5 Analytics, while buy-side engagements have included work for the current owners of IncidentIQ, CENTEGIX, and Carnegie Learning. Dante received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Villanova University.
