Derek Belch

Derek Belch is the founder and CEO of Strivr, the world's #1 platform for Virtual Reality (VR) training at scale. While pursuing a Masters degree in VR at Stanford University, Derek founded Strivr as a tool to train football players. Since then, Strivr has grown into an enterprise VR platform that helps thousands of employees build skills for the world's largest companies, including Walmart, Bank of America, Verizon, and Sprouts. Derek leads the vision and strategy behind Strivr’s mission to elevate performance through immersive experience. He works closely with the executive sponsors at Strivr's customer and partner accounts to provide expertise, guidance, and insight into how VR can help them achieve their biggest business objectives. Prior to founding Strivr, Derek coached Division I football, worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, was a writer/editor for an online publication, and received three Masters degrees. He loves golf almost as much as he loves being a dad to his three boys.
