Divya Gupta

Divya Gupta is an Associate Director in BCG's Delhi office, heading India and Middle East for BCG U a pre-eminent upskilling and reskilling capability by BCG for clients on a transformative journey. Divya is a global professional with over three decades of expansive industry experience and 20+ years in US. She has worked across diverse roles in education, skilling, strategy, sales & marketing, engineering, and technology. At NASSCOM she was the co-architect of FutureSkills Prime – India’s technology skilling hub and before NASSCOM she spent over two decades at Intel corporation where she led the South Asia operations and extensively worked in public sector in India. Divya received her MBA from the Mason School of Business, College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia and a B.Sc. in electrical engineering University of Washington, Seattle.
