Divya leads investing in Education & Skilling at Lightrock across a spectrum of themes from K12 to employability. Lightrock has partnered with companies which are building high-quality education products that transform learning outcomes at scale and/or enabling schools-transformation. Lightrock’s continuing mission is to unlock human capital by deploying patient capital in companies which are driven by an informed view on the “how” as much as they do about the “why”. Prior to Lightrock, Divya worked as an operator with transformative founder-leaders across India & sub-Saharan Africa solving hard problems in Education.
