Dr. Arneta Finney, PhD, APRN, FNP-C, is the Senior Director for Community Affairs in Health and Project Director for the National University Nurse Managed Clinic in Los Angeles. She also leads a HRSA-funded mobile health program, which has secured $4 million to enhance nursing workforce diversity and provide care to underserved populations. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Finney has served more than 900 patients in San Diego and Los Angeles and has developed curricula for graduate nursing programs. She has received over $5 million in grants and specializes in nursing, wound care, simulation, and education. Dr. Finney is a pioneer in integrating virtual reality into nursing education to improve clinical skills and patient communication. She has contributed to federally funded projects, research publications, and community outreach initiatives to expand healthcare access for vulnerable populations.
