Dr. Avantika Tomar

Dr. Avantika Tomar is a Partner in EY-Parthenon’s Education Practice. She has strategy and organisational consulting experience in India, Australia, Saudi Arabia and UK. Her focus areas are traditional K-12 and Higher Education, EdTech across all sub-segments, and she has a personal ambition to support policy related education transformation in India. With a PhD in HR and Strategy, Avantika is also a passionate academic with a focus on practical business learning; she has taught in MBA programs at several prestigious universities in Australia and India and is currently a Guest Faculty at IIM Calcutta, IIM Udaipur, BITSoM among many others.
