Dr. Geri Gillespy

Dr. Geri Gillespy has extensive experience as an educator and leader, focusing on mastery learning, innovative instruction, digital transformation, and school improvement. She has held roles such as Senior Industry Executive and Program Manager for Microsoft Education, adjunct professor on system leadership, Director of Instructional Technology, and Superintendent of Teaching and Learning. Currently, she is the Industry Advisor for Microsoft K12 Education in the Americas. Dr. Gillespy is an ISTE Certified Educator, recipient of the ISTE Make it Happen award, and recognized as one of the 30 K–12 IT Influencers to follow in 2025. She was also honored as one of the Leading Women in AI Education and is recognized by the American Education Research Association for her expertise in transformational change in education.
