Duaa Mohamed

Duaa is a Program Head at the Mastercard Foundation with over 10 years of experience in the development sector. As a certified project manager and program development professional, she has worked in Canada and Africa on empowering young people, cultivating leaders, developing skills, and supporting higher education. She manages partnerships that advance the Foundation’s Young Africa Works strategy, focusing on workforce development, entrepreneurship, and inclusion. This includes overseeing diverse programs, from small grants to large multi-country initiatives, to deliver meaningful impact.
