Ebony is a seasoned executive and organizational transformation SME. She serves as the Managing Partner of Strategic Growth and Operations at Grads of Life (GOL), a national initiative that advises leading employers on talent acquisition, workforce equity, and skills-first employment practices. Specifically, Ebony focuses on building processes and infrastructures that will anchor and enhance Grads of Life’s operational excellence and advisory practice. She leverages her finance and management consulting background to help GOL think strategically about its next phase of growth, ways in which to optimize its business processes, and how to ultimately close the Opportunity Divide across our nation. Ebony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Spelman College and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), a Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP) through Georgetown University, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt through Dartmouth College.
