
Ebony is a seasoned executive and changemaker in organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and inclusive talent innovation. As Managing Partner of Grads of Life (GOL), Ebony leads efforts to help employers embed skills-first practices, broaden access to opportunities, and future-proof their talent pipelines. With a career that spans Wall Street, Fortune 500s, and the federal sector, Ebony brings a cross-functional lens to the evolving world of work. She began her journey at Goldman Sachs and Fannie Mae before spending over a decade at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she led major transformation and change initiatives for clients including the Department of Defense (DoD), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). There, she also helped shape firm-wide programs to ensure professionals from all backgrounds had the access, sponsorship, and support needed to thrive. At GOL, Ebony applies her finance and management consulting expertise to drive operational excellence and scale impact—helping employers not only understand the business case for skills-first strategies, but implement them with a roadmap for lasting results. She serves on the boards of Per Scholas, Washington Performing Arts, The Campaign School at Yale, Common Purpose, and Seneca Village Capital. Ebony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Spelman College and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP), and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
