Electra Frelinghuysen

Electra Frelinghuysen is a Program Manager on the ASU+GSV Summit team. She joined GSV after several years at New Visions for Public Schools, where she supported cross-organizational initiatives including strategic planning, communications, growth of in-house edtech tools and curriculum products, organizational fundraising, and Board relations. Electra began her career in education as a Teach For America Corps Member at Isna Wica Owayawa (Loneman School) on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. In the classroom, she designed and implemented a K–8 computer science curriculum and launched a new K–1 reading intervention program. Electra holds an A.B. in History from Princeton University and a Master’s in Education from Sinte Gleska University. She currently resides in New York City.
