Elena Sanina leads the innovation in education strategy at Silicon Schools. Previously, Elena was a founding member of Charter School Growth Fund’s Impact team where she launched the College Access and Alumni Success practice, supporting postsecondary access & economic opportunity for charter school graduates. Prior to joining CSGF, Elena led the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative learning models at Aspire Public Schools. She started her career in management technology consulting at Deloitte and cofounded ThanksForTeaching.Us, a global effort to thank teachers for the actions, dreams, and passions they’ve inspired. Originally from Kiev, Ukraine, Elena is a proud UC Berkeley grad and lives in Oakland with her husband and toddler twins.
