Eleonora Brandimarti is a postdoctoral researcher at the Digital Reskilling Lab at Harvard Business School. Her research lies at the intersection of economics of education and labor economics, with a special focus on school-to-work transitions, higher education, and skill building. At the Digital Reskilling Lab, she researches how reskilling initiatives help workers and organizations adapt to technological advances. Eleonora is passionate about bridging the gap between theory and practice, ensuring that advancements in the Future of Work resonate on a global scale. Prior to joining HBS, she investigated how labor markets value a wide range of knowledge acquired at University, and how human capital is built within families. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Geneva and previously completed her studies in Economics at the University of Bologna.
