Emily Seefeldt

Emily Seefeldt is the Director of Teaching & Learning at Red Wing Public Schools in Red Wing, Minnesota, where she leads district-wide initiatives in curriculum development, instructional innovation, and equitable learning practices. With a career spanning special education, general education, instructional coaching, PBIS coordination, and district assessment leadership, she brings a comprehensive understanding of how to support diverse learners and create inclusive educational environments. Emily is passionate about integrating culturally responsive practices in curriculum design while advancing contemporary educational approaches. She is one of the district leaders guiding the Flight Path 2030 initiative, guiding strategic implementation of emerging technologies while ensuring ethical use and equitable access for all students. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education, a Master's in Differentiated Instruction, and K-12 certifications in Reading and Principal licensure.
