Eran Megiddo

Eran is a pioneering tech leader and the co-founder and CEO of Maximal Learning, an AI-driven ed-tech startup dedicated to enhancing student learning capabilities. With a career spanning over two decades at Microsoft, Eran has been at the forefront of technological innovation, holding leadership roles such as Corporate Vice President of Education, CTO for Windows and Devices, and General Manager for major product teams like Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. His leadership was instrumental in developing transformative educational tools and services, including Windows, Microsoft 365 and Teams for Education, and AI-based Learning Accelerators including Immersive Reader, Reading and Math Coach. Eran's strategic acquisitions, including Flipgrid and DataSense, helped expand Microsoft's educational outreach and impact. Collectively these products empowered hundreds of millions of students and educators globally.Before his tenure at Microsoft, Eran founded two startups: Maximal Innovative Intelligence, which leveraged AI for data analysis and visualization and was acquired by Microsoft in 2001, and Memad, focusing on personalized math education.
