
Ernesto Pagano is BCG’s global head of Media and a lead member of the Education practice. Ernesto works with clients across a variety of topics: strategy, op model transformation, AI strategy and implementation, commercial due diligences, market studies, and other topics. In education, Ernesto’s work in education is focused on edtech, higher ed, professional development and publishing. Ernesto has been part of BCG’s education practice for over 15 years. Prior to joining BCG in 2009, Ernesto was an investment banker with Merril Lynch, part of the M&A team. Ernesto is originally from Italy, currently lives in Dallas with his wife and three boys and an avid soccer and formula 1 fan.
