Gina Chase

Gina Chase, the Executive Director for Customer Development at Civitas Learning, leads a team of trusted advisors and strategic consultants with deep higher education experience. Her team ensures that all current customers achieve maximum ROI by aligning institutional priorities with the use of Civitas Learning's platform across stakeholders. Gina joined Civitas Learning in 2022, bringing with her sixteen years of experience working in various higher education institutions within the SUNY system. Her most recent position was as Assistant Dean for Academic Services at SUNY Broome Community College, where she oversaw student success and retention initiatives, including academic advising, career services, and learning center resources. Gina played a key role in strategic initiatives such as MSCHE accreditation self-study, Guided Pathways reform, and developing Academic and Strategic Enrollment Management Plans. Additionally, she has extensive experience in facilitating the deployment and management of various student success technologies at scale.
