Gina Del Carlo

Gina Del Carlo is the Founder and CEO of Earn & Learn, a mission-driven organization focused on bridging the gap between learning and earning. With over two decades of experience in workforce development, Gina has built scalable systems that connect educators, employers, and learners to create clear pathways into high-demand careers.

Before founding Earn & Learn, Gina led U.S. Department of Labor–funded youth programs and policy for the Contra Costa County Workforce Development Board, where she spearheaded regional strategies to connect young people with education, training, and employment opportunities.

Today, she leads a team of educators, technologists, and workforce experts leveraging ELENA—Earn & Learn’s purpose-built platform—to help schools, colleges, and public agencies streamline employer engagement and deliver meaningful work-based learning experiences. Under her leadership, Earn & Learn has partnered with over 12,000 employers and supports programs across California.
