Throughout her 28 years at McKinsey, Heather has held a broad range of people roles including leadership roles in talent management, talent acquisition, professional development, and learning. Heather’s current portfolio of work includes:- Implementing culture of feedback purposeful apprenticeship to unlock rapid upskilling at scale with the team room.- Pivoting the organizational orientation toward skills including implementing rolling out a skills and impact based leadership development model and an AI based credentialing platform to effectively matching talent to client team needs - Innovating with AI to personalize learning and enhance review processesHeather has an MBA and an MA in Education from Stanford University, and a BS in Engineering and Operations Research from Princeton University.
