Henry Hipps

Henry Hipps is the Co-founder and CEO of Diffusion Venture Studio. His work leverages investment capital, deep sector knowledge, and a focus on impact to support ventures at the leading edge of the future of learning and work. Most recently, he was Senior Advisor and Entrepreneur in Residence at Owl Ventures. As Deputy Director at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Henry and his team sat at the intersection of product innovation and system redesign to lead investments in EdTech, curriculum, tutoring and other solutions. Henry was Senior Director of Technology and Operations at the Partnership for Los Angeles Schools, a leading school turnaround organization. As founder and CEO of Trajectory Learning, Henry was an early EdTech entrepreneur. Prior to his work in education, Henry was an executive at IBM Business Consulting.
