Dr. Jaron E. Fried serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Educational Services at Anaheim Union High School District (AUHSD), where he has led transformative initiatives since 2015. With over 25 years of experience in education, Dr. Fried has overseen district-wide implementation of innovative programs, including the Career Preparedness Systems Framework, the Capstone Program, and the expansion of dual language immersion. Under his leadership, AUHSD has achieved unprecedented success in graduation rates, A-G completion, and civic engagement. Dr. Fried earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management from Alliant International University, completing a Master’s in Special Education from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from UC San Diego. His expertise extends to mental health program development, exclusive career pathways, and fostering community-school partnerships recognized statewide and nationally. As an engaging speaker, Dr. Fried has presented at national and state conferences on topics such as civic engagement, artificial intelligence, leadership in education, and community school frameworks. He is passionate about equity, innovation, and preparing students for the challenges of the 21st century.
