Jasmine Walker

Jasmine Walker serves as Director at the Center for Outcomes Based Contracting, where she leads national efforts to transform education procurement through outcomes based models. She manages multi-state cohort programs supporting state education agencies, school districts, and providers in moving from good intentions to results. Jasmine brings 17 years of district-level experience from Duval County Public Schools, where she served as Director of K-12 Mathematics and led the pilot implementation of outcomes based contracting for high-impact tutoring. She holds degrees in Exceptional Student Education from the University of North Florida and Educational Leadership and Policy from Florida State University.
