Jean Ryan

Jean is the Sr. Director, leadership development at PepsiCo. She joined the organization in 2006 leading the sales training team for one division and then progressed through several learning / talent development positions working with a variety of global functions including sales, marketing, supply chain and strategy. For the last 6 years, she has been leading the learning agenda for leadership development at a global level. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Jean held a variety of sales, learning and talent development roles at various organizations including Hershey and Hill-Rom. She has a BS in marketing from Illinois State University and a MS in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. She lives in Chicago with her husband and 4 children.
