He leads InStride’s Capability Accelerators, an innovative approach to workforce development that blends cutting-edge AI-enabled practice with live, expert-led facilitation and coaching. Grounded in the science of learning and behavior change, these programs break down barriers between academic rigor and corporate realities, ensuring employees gain role-specific capabilities that translate into performance gains. Prior to InStride, Jeff spent 15 years in strategy consulting, first at Deloitte and later as a partner at Bellwether, advising Fortune 500 leaders and education organizations on strategic, operational, and talent challenges. An educator at heart, he began his career as a classroom teacher and remains deeply committed to helping organizations unlock potential through transformative learning experiences.
