Jessica Beidelman

Jess Beidelman is an education executive with 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, growth initiatives, and driving organizational change. Jess is an Associate Director at BCG U, where she designs learning strategies and large-scale upskilling programs for global organizations. Most recently, Jess was Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at 2U, an online program manager powering degree programs for leading non-profit universities and the parent company of the edX platform. Previously, she was a management consultant at A.T Kearney, focused on leading organizational transformations. She has experience in international education from her time with GEMS Education, which runs K-12 independent schools. Her passion for education started with her tenure as a Teach For America corps member, which instilled a lifelong dedication to making a positive impact on educational outcomes.  Jess is an alumna of Cornell University, Relay Graduate School of Education, and Columbia Business School.
