Jim Kim

Jim Kim leads the Product Acceleration team at AWS. He and his team help EdTechs build more products, more quickly, that their customers will actually use. Prior to AWS, Jim built and led Sales and Customer Success teams at BetterLesson and at EVERFI to establish predictable revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention. He started his career in higher education as a freshman dean at Stanford University and at Bowdoin College, supporting students as they dove into college life. He holds an MBA from Duke, EdM from Harvard, and BA from Johns Hopkins.
