He previously co-founded Enable Us, a sales enablement platform acquired by Mindtickle (a SoftBank-backed company), and is also the founder of Mismo, which helps companies build high-performing global engineering teams. An active venture / angel investor, Jinal has backed hundreds of early-stage companies across edtech and AI, including Odyssey, Flourish Schools, SmartPass, Marble Health, Sora Schools, Starbridge, Scout, Kollegio, CaptivateIQ, Fathom, Coursedog and Storylane, among many others. His work centers on scaling mission-driven organizations, applying AI and data to improve outcomes, and expanding access to opportunity through better systems.
