Joe Philleo

Joe Philleo is the Cofounder and CEO of Edia, a Series A ed-tech startup revolutionizing K-12 education with AI-driven solutions for math, attendance, and MTSS. Edia is growing +300% year-over-year and supports 130+ leading districts across the country (e.g. Fulton County, Loudoun County, Palm Beach, NYC). Before starting Edia, Joe Philleo dropped out of college (USC, Applied Mathematics) to work with Joe Lonsdale, a billionaire entrepreneur who built Palantir ($100B+), Addepar ($5B+), and OpenGov ($1B+). Improving education is Joe's life mission — in high school, Joe built a website called "booksarelong.com" to crowdsource AP textbooks, and in college he applied Google's PageRank algorithm to Wikipedia in an effort to map all of human knowledge into micro-courses.
