Jon Quintanilla currently serves as the Executive Director of Student Data for the Office of Student Pathways at New York City Public Schools (NYCPS). He has worked in the education sector for over 20 years, beginning his career as a Teach For America corps member in Houston, Texas. Leveraging data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and ultimately enhance student success has been his primary focus and a key pillar of his work within the nation's largest school district. Jon’s deep, firsthand knowledge of school operations and management has led to significant innovations and informs his efforts to support leaders across the district in engaging with data.
