Jonathan Satchell is the CEO and co-founder of Learning Technologies Group (LTG), the largest stand-alone corporate learning company in the world, with 5,000+ employees operating in 35 countries in nearly half of the Fortune 500 companies. He has worked in the training industry since 1992, making his first acquisition (EBC) in 1997, which he transformed from a training video provider to a bespoke e-learning company.Following the sale of EBC in 2006, he acquired Epic in 2008 which became the foundation of LTG, when it listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2013. Since then, LTG has acquired and integrated a portfolio of capabilities in learning services, consulting and technology. With 17 acquisitions and growing, LTG’s solution-defining capabilities extend from the data and analytics backbone of xAPI standards in Rustici and Watershed, to award-winning content design in Leo Learning and PRELOADED, to Bridge LMS, PeopleFluent and most recently GP Strategies. LTG’s vision is to continue to serve the complex talent transformation needs of global corporations and governments by creating integrated solutions via a comprehensive service and SaaS platform business. In 2022 he announced the formation of the LTG Foundation, aimed at providing educational access around the world. LTG seeks to work to the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Contract for corporate sustainability that encompass human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.
