Josh Allen, Ph.D., leads Content and Strategy for Walmart Academy, shaping enterprise learning across Walmart Stores, Sam’s Club, Supply Chain, and Campus roles. He drives the strategy behind onboarding, leadership development, operational capability, and AI upskilling for one of the largest and most complex workforces in the world.   Josh’s work focuses on the future of learning, integrating AI into how work is designed, accelerating leadership readiness at scale, and building the cultural and operational capability required for enterprise transformation. He partners across the business to modernize learning ecosystems and ensure associates are prepared for the next era of retail. Previously, he led Walmart’s Selection and Assessment team, influencing how talent is hired across the enterprise. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Florida International University and is committed to building organizations where people, performance, and technology evolve together.
