JP Novin (MBA, EdD) is the Founder and CEO of PLEXUSS, INC., a Silicon Valley–based social impact company and one of the world’s largest engagement platforms for higher education. A visionary in educational technology, JP began anticipating the AI revolution as early as 2015, when PLEXUSS received its first major investment from Microsoft to pioneer machine-learning models for predictive enrollment; under his leadership, this early-mover advantage has transformed PLEXUSS into a global leader providing advanced AI-driven recruitment tools and enterprise enrollment solutions for colleges and universities. To date, PLEXUSS has helped bridge the “social capital gap” for more than 11 million students by connecting them with opportunities at over 1,000 institutions worldwide. Beyond commercial success, JP is a committed advocate for educational equity and, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, founded the PLEXUSS Foundation, which has delivered thousands of hours of high-quality, no-cost tutoring to at-risk families. A serial entrepreneur with three successful technology exits, JP previously oversaw strategic business relationships at Microsoft and holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from UCLA, an MBA from UC Irvine, and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Southern California.
