Julie Kreiss

Julie Kreiss is a Senior Director at Britebound™ (formerly American Student Assistance), a national nonprofit helping young people find their why and find their way. In this role, Julie guides the development and execution of Britebound’s Career Navigation Impact Hub, advancing a portfolio of initiatives that strengthen how young adults ages 16–18+, and their trusted adult allies, understand, navigate, and pursue quality education and training pathways during and immediately after high school. This work includes leading the execution of a multi-year partnership with Jobs for the Future (JFF) to establish the Britebound Center for Career Navigation at JFF. With more than 25 years of experience across the nonprofit and educational publishing sectors, Julie brings a systems-level perspective to solving complex challenges across the preK-to-career continuum. Her work centers on aligning strategy, cross-functional execution, and partnerships to expand access, opportunity, and high-quality pathways for young adults.
