Kari Alldredge serves as the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management at the University of Tennessee providing leadership to the offices of Financial Aid & Scholarships, University Registrar, One Stop, Enrollment Communications, Undergraduate Admissions, Transfer Center, International Recruitment and Enrollment Research & Analysis. During her time at UT, the University has experienced record enrollment levels in size and quality and launched new initiatives focused on student success, transfer pathways and defining the UT experience. Prior to her arrival at UT, Kari spent seven years at Oklahoma State University starting in Enrollment Communications before fulfilling several roles in Undergraduate Admissions. Under her tenure, Oklahoma State the University experienced record new student enrollment. She led the creation and implementation of a new holistic admission program, titled Panorama, focused on expanding the use of non-cognitive measures. Kari is passionate about college access and the role of higher education in bettering our world. She has served on community and national boards on education and was selected in 2018 as one of Knoxville’s 40 Under 40 for her contributions to the community. As a former college athlete, she began her career in minor league sports. Originally from Lewiston, Idaho, Kari graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Public Communication and earned a Masters in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University.
