Kate Erricker

Kate Erricker is Group Head of Education Research and Global Partnerships at Nord Anglia Education, where she leads global research initiatives with institutions such as Project Zero at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Boston College and Nord Anglia’s collaborative partnerships with MIT and Juilliard. Her work focuses on professional learning, building innovative practices for learning, and creating classroom cultures that deepen thinking. With over 20 years in education, Kate has taught and held leadership roles in schools and districts in the UK, Hong Kong, and Japan. She began her career as an English teacher and holds a Master’s and PhD in Education, specialising in teacher professional development, and an MBA specialising in Leadership.
