Kaycee Salmacia

In her role as head of national networks, stratey and operations, Dr. Kaycee Salmacia lead her team's efforts to recruit, train, and support school systems across the country who are interested in learning about and implementing Next Education Workforce models. Kaycee oversees the team’s national efforts and is responsible for setting vision and strategy for the team as it scales. As a seasoned team leader and strategic thinker, Kaycee brings a head and heart approach to her work implementing solutions that lead to improved outcomes and strengthened teams. Kaycee has over 20 years of education experience spanning the PK-12 and higher education sectors. Prior to joining the Next Education Workforce, Kaycee served as vice provost, executive director, and assistant professor at Relay Graduate School of Education and spent a decade in K-12 education as a tutor, teacher, and teacher coach. Kaycee holds and Ed.D. in higher education management from the University of Pennsylvania.
